Menopause Essential Oil Formulas
- 10 drops Clary-sage
- 11 drops Geranium
- 7 drops Lemon
- 2 drops Sage
- Dilute in 2 tablespoons carrier oil and massage all over the body.
- 10 drops Grapefruit
- 10 drops Lime
- 5 drops Sage
- 5 drops Thyme
- Dilute in 2 tablespoons carrier oil and massage all over the body.
- 5 drops Fennel
- 5 drops Juniper
- 15 drops Lemon
- 5 drops Peppermint
- Dilute in 2 tablespoons carrier oil and massage into the abdominal area and lower back.
- 10 drops Geranium
- 5 drops Peppermint
- 10 drops Rose Maroc
- 5 drops Patchouli
- Dilute in 2 tablespoons carrier oil and massage daily in the direction of the heart. If its legs that are affected, massage from feet to thigh; if the hands, massage from fingers up the arm.
