Water Wakes You Up!

What is full of health benefits for your body, one of which is to help you feel more energized! Did you know that being even slightly dehydrated can significantly increase your feelings of fatigue? We are all slightly dehydrated when we wake up in the morning, so start you day with a big glass of water. Some say to start with ice cold water to wake you up, but do what feels best for your body.

Start your day with a glass of water
Keep a water bottle with you at all times to remind yourself to drink. You can also get an app for your phone to remind you to drink water on a regular basis. You can add fruit to give it a little flavor. Adding citrus is a good way to wake yourself up!
